Delivery and Postage

Upon the completion of Phase 3, the direct mail pieces and postage are delivered to the U.S. Postal Service. Paradigm requests prepayment of postage cost prior to mailing.

Sectional Center Facility (SCF) Dropshipping

Depending on the quantity and density of your mailing Paradigm may implement an SCF drop ship to save you considerable costs in postage. Paradigm will coordinate what SCF’s are advantageous to ship your pieces.
This allows a trucking company to ship the communication pieces to the appropriate post office rather than the USPS carrying the freight on individual trucks, allowing for a postage savings.The pieces are then distributed to the individual carriers and delivered to the homes and businesses targeted in your public awareness programs.

The USPS reviews the following for postal compliance on your communication peice:

• The production of the direct mail piece. Weight, Size and Aspect Ratio.
• The accuracy and currency of the residential and business lists.
• The amount of postage necessary to produce the mailing.
