Paradigm® will be providing the following program elements to the participants of the 2008 RP 1162 Collaborative Program™.

DIG™ Demographic Information Guide®

  • DIG™ will provide operators with a demographic profile of the Affected Public Residential Audience in each Asset County.

  • Emergency Officials
Direct Mail Piece Development
  • Affected Public Residential and General Business
    • Each address in this stakeholder audience will receive a company specific brochure listing: company logo, emergency phone numbers, non-emergency phone numbers, website and One-Call number.
    • Follow-up Affected Public Survey mailing will occur after the brochure mailing.

    • Cost per piece: $0.45

  • Schools
    • Each address in this stakeholder audience will receive an Administration Safety Packet.
    • The Administration Safety Packet will consist of:
      • A letter on behalf of the collaborative participants
      • 5 Pipeline Safety Posters

    • Cost per piece: $0.60


  • Excavators
    • Each address in this stakeholder audience will receive a collaborative brochure with BRC listing: company name, emergency phone numbers, non-emergency phone numbers, website and One-Call number.

    • Cost per piece: $0.20

  • Local Public Officials and Emergency Officials
    • Each address in this stakeholder audience will receive a collaborative brochure with BRC listing: company name, emergency phone numbers, non-emergency phone numbers, website and One-Call number.

    • Cost per piece: $0.20

Mailing Services
  • Part 1
    • The residential and business lists from Phase 1 are automated, standardized, delivery point verified and CASS certified.
    • This means the lists meet the U.S. Postal Service specifications and qualify for the lowest postage rates available.
  • Part 2
    • The direct mail piece is addressed, sorted, and trayed per U.S. Postal Services regulations.

      • PDQ® Public Awareness Documentation Query®
      • The data generated from your Public Awareness Program is formatted and uploaded to PDQ®, which is provided to you as part of your documentation package.
      • Simply insert the CD/DVD into your computer, follow the set-up wizard, and you will be able to query and export stakeholder audience addresses from your Public Awareness Program instantly.
  • PDQweb™ (optional)
    • PDQweb™ is an internet based audit documentation package that allows users to query, edit, upload and export specific stakeholder audience addresses and documents from your various Public Awareness Programs.
    • PDQweb™ performs basic query and export functions in the simplest, most efficient way possible. You can now effectively report addresses identified and mailed in your Public Awareness Programs to your operations department, management and auditors.
    • As an option, loading and hosting your 2008 Collaborative data onto the Paradigm® PDQweb™ will be included on your proposal. No other collaborative in the nation will give you this flexibility.
