History

Well-versed in RP 1162 requirements, Paradigm provides turnkey public awareness solutions to pipeline, transmission, gathering and distribution operators nationwide. Since 2000, Paradigm has been executing public awareness direct mail programs for pipeline companies.

Due to the growth of its pipeline business and the RP 1162 rulemaking, a strategic business decision was made in 2004 for Paradigm to focus exclusively on the pipeline industry. Today, Paradigm enjoys its niche position of being the ONLY service provider in the country whose sole focus is public awareness programs that address CFR 192/195 and RP 1162 requirements.

With the acquisition of SafetyComm Solutions, Inc. in August of 2007, Paradigm Liaison Services, LLC was created. Specializing in safety awareness training programs, Paradigm has further expanded its portfolio of services to become the nation’s only full-service provider of public awareness programs for pipeline operators.
