Phase 4 — Effectiveness Measurement
Focus group research is conducted to pre-test the materials used for pipeline operator’s API RP 1162 communications. Paradigm implements these studies for pipeline companies to understand stakeholder’s preferences of the construction of the communication, understandability or applicability of the content, and the graphical appeal of the design.

Paradigm has implemented quantitative studies for pipeline operators in the form of stakeholder surveys since 2003. Our services include the design of the survey to the compilation of the data and reporting of the results. BRC’s and phone surveys have been the basis for Paradigm’s studies to understand how stakeholders would respond to a pipeline emergency, damage prevention efforts, knowledge of One-Call and 811, and preference of methods of communication.
