About Paradigm

Paradigm supports the pipeline industry in fulfilling public awareness outreach and training, damage prevention, and community engagement regulatory compliance requirements.

As a recognized leader in public awareness, damage prevention, and stakeholder engagement, Paradigm has set the standard for over 20 years by providing audit-proven resources that help oil and gas pipeline companies comply with the requirements and recommended practices of 49 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 192 and 195, and the first addition of American Petroleum Institutes (API) Recommended Practice (RP) 1162 and RP 1185.

Sade Collier

Sade Collier, a Wichita native, started with Paradigm in 2015.  She’s played an instrumental role as Project Coordinator for Paradigm’s Collaborative Public Awareness Program for several years and was promoted to Public Awareness Consultant in 2023.  Her extensive knowledge and expertise in Paradigm’s collaborative mailing processes and timelines, coupled with her natural ability to collaborate with clients and guide them through their public awareness regulatory needs, has made her an asset to the consulting team. Sade holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Phoenix.  In her downtime, Sade enjoys spending time reading, watching basketball, discovering new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.

Shawn Leeth

Shawn Leeth joined Paradigm in 2019 and manages several annual pipeline liaison programs and state pipeline associations in the Northern and Midwest regions. His responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with state operators and associations, preparing and facilitating roundtables and pre-meetings, assisting clients with sponsorship opportunities and process management, promoting liaison meetings at conferences and trade shows, and attending the first week of each state’s liaison meetings to ensure consistently high quality.  His background in account and program management, as well as trade shows, complements his ability to foster strong industry relationships. Shawn earned a bachelor's degree from Kansas State University and enjoys spending time with his wife and three dogs, as well as attending as many live music events as possible.

Tammy Griffith

Tammy Griffith joined Paradigm in April 2024 and has been part of the oil and gas industry since 2016. She manages annual pipeline liaison programs for operators and state pipeline associations within her assigned states. Tammy’s responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with state operators and associations, preparing and facilitating roundtables and pre-meetings, assisting clients with sponsorship opportunities and process management, promoting liaison meetings at conferences and trade shows, and attending the first week of each state’s liaison meetings to ensure consistently high quality.  Her prior experience in natural gas compliance has given Tammy valuable insights into the importance of public awareness and damage prevention measures. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Fort Hays State University. In her free time, Tammy enjoys riding bikes, spending time with her kids, crafting, and scrapbooking.

Daniel Cole

Daniel Cole has been with Paradigm since November 2016. Daniel brings specialized expertise in regulatory pipeline compliance, with a strong focus on 192, 195, and RP 1162 regulations, as well as federal and state audit preparation. In his role, Daniel works closely with clients to ensure their Public Awareness programs meet compliance standards through effective outreach and liaison activities. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Wichita State University. Outside of work, Daniel enjoys woodworking and creating, along with spending quality time with friends and family.

Grant Falconio

Grant Falconio joined Paradigm in 2023.  Grant brings specialized expertise in regulatory pipeline compliance, focusing on 192, 195, and RP 1162 regulations and federal and state audit preparation.  A Kansas native, Grant studied Marketing and Sales at Kansas State University.  While he has many hobbies outside of work like enjoying movies, football, golf, and time with his family, he’s proven to be a great addition to the consulting team by creating enriching relationships with our industry partners as he continues to further the scope and identity of Paradigm.

Dave Wilkerson

Dave Wilkerson is one of the initial founders of Paradigm.  After serving several years in the military, Dave focused his efforts on Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and has proven to be an industry-leading expert.  His past roles include Vice President of Product Development with GIS Edge, serving as a certified ESRI instructor, and developing custom GIS applications.  His extensive GIS experience perfectly complements his role as Public Awareness Consultant, where he works closely with multiple pipeline operators to consistently achieve high-level public awareness regulatory compliance needs.  Dave is a graduate of Fort Hays State University and enjoys hunting, camping, spending time outdoors and with family and friends.

Jim Bob Sims

Jim Bob Sims joined Paradigm in 2018 and has been involved in the oil and gas industry since 2004, where he initially gained knowledge in exploration before transitioning to damage prevention and public awareness.  Jim Bob’s primary focus is managing a significant portion of Paradigm’s Liaison Programs throughout the nation. His responsibilities include preparing and facilitating roundtables and pre-meetings, assisting clients with sponsorship opportunities and process management, promoting liaison meetings at various conferences and trade shows, and attending the first week of each state’s liaison meetings to ensure consistently high-quality value.  Jim Bob earned a bachelor’s degree from Tarleton State University and enjoys spending time with his wife Cindy and their grandchildren, tending to his Texas Longhorns (aka “yard art”) working around their ranch, attending church activities, and going on cruises.

Shandy Ricketts

Shandy Ricketts, Senior Public Awareness Consultant who joined Paradigm in 2016, has played a pivotal role in assisting operators with all aspects of their public awareness needs. Her expertise includes implementing public awareness programs, providing audit and consulting support, administering specialty stakeholder outreach activities, facilitating focus groups, performing gap analyses on public awareness plans and programs, writing public awareness plans, and conducting four-year effectiveness surveys and annual reviews. Shandy is a graduate of Southwestern College and enjoys baking, gardening, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family, including her Ragdoll, Maine Coon, and torti shell cats.

Rudy Leal

Rudy Leal joined Paradigm in 2012 and has been an integral part of the oil and gas industry since 2007.  As a Senior Pipeline Public Awareness Consultant, Rudy brings specialized expertise in regulatory pipeline compliance, focusing on 192, 195, and RP 1162 regulations and federal and state audit preparation.  A Texas native, Rudy studied Industrial Distribution at the University of Houston.  When not at work, Rudy enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family and friends

Jamar Madge

Since joining Paradigm in 2008, Jamar Madge has made significant contributions to the energy industry, particularly related to RP 1162, 49 CFR 192 and 195 regulations. As an expert in public awareness and damage prevention regulations, Jamar plays a pivotal role in supporting operators with various aspects of their public awareness needs. His work includes writing public awareness and damage prevention plans, implementing programs for energy systems of all sizes, preparing for, and assisting with state and federal audits, and presenting at national conferences. Jamar also reviews public awareness programs to identify gaps, evaluates them for effectiveness, and promotes the importance of properly documenting stakeholder engagement.  His extensive experience and dedication have enabled numerous operators to achieve compliance and enhance their safety measures.  Jamar earned a bachelor’s degree from Tennessee State University majoring in Criminal Justice and Psychology.  Jamar enjoys spending time with his family.
